Favorite idea: “We pursue God because, and only because, He has first put an urge within us that spurs us to the pursuit.” This is absolutely beautiful. God want us to pursue Him so badly.

I just thought I’d tell you that ‘The Pursuit of God,’ is my favorite book by A.W. Tozer. Tozer should be read by anyone wishing to glean a closer relationship with The Savior. He is a very under-rated writer and theologian. I’m not sure if you know this or not, but Tozer never even graduated high school! He was self taught and an avid reader his whole life. Thank you for a lovely site and your testimony.

Thank-you so much for your feedback! I am a big fan of Tozer and need to read more of his work! I never knew that he never graduated high school! It just goes to show that our education (or lack thereof) doesn’t effect the impact we can have on other people. God uses us all differently.
